150x163 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

150x163 EOLO PU FOOD hose is made of transparent, slightly yellowish ether-based polyurethane and reinforced with an impact-resistant PVC helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. The polyurethane provides up to five times greater abrasion resistance than conventional PVC, making the hose suitable for pneumatic conveying of dry bulk and abrasive materials.

The hose is resistant to weather conditions and many chemicals. This version is equipped with an antistatic wire, which helps dissipate static electricity generated during conveying. The hose is food-grade, and the polyurethane complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol.
