180x194 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

The 180x194 EOLO PU FOOD hose is made of transparent, yellowish ether-based polyurethane and reinforced with an impact-resistant PVC helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. Thanks to the properties of polyurethane, the hose offers up to five times greater abrasion resistance than conventional PVC hoses.

This version is equipped with an antistatic wire, which helps dissipate static electricity generated during conveying. The hose is food-grade and resistant to weather conditions and many chemicals. The polyurethane complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C.
