110x120 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

The 110x120 EOLO PU FOOD hose is made of polyether-based polyurethane and reinforced with an impact-resistant PVC helix. The inner surface is transparent, yellowish and smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. Thanks to the properties of polyurethane, the hose is 5 times more abrasion-resistant than a conventional PVC hose. It is also resistant to weathering and many chemicals.

The hose is designed for pneumatic conveying of dry bulk and abrasive food products. This EOLO PU FOOD version is equipped with an antistatic wire, helping to dissipate static electricity generated during conveying. The hose is food-grade and, according to the supplied product description, its polyurethane complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol. The manufacturer is IPL (Italy).
