025x031 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

The 025x031 EOLO PU FOOD suction hose is designed for pneumatic conveying of dry bulk and abrasive materials. Its lightweight and flexible construction makes it suitable for food-processing and other industrial conveying systems.

The inner layer is made of transparent, slightly yellow and smooth ether-based polyurethane. The corrugated outer surface and impact-resistant PVC helix provide flexibility and mechanical strength. Thanks to the properties of polyurethane, the hose offers up to five times greater abrasion resistance than conventional PVC hoses.

The hose is resistant to weather conditions and many chemicals. The polyurethane used complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, making the hose suitable for food-contact applications, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol. An antistatic version with a wire is also available.
