If you choose the delivery of the goods with the DPD courier, they will be delivered within the time limit specified next to the selected product.

Couriers deliver the goods according to a predetermined route, so there is no way to choose the exact delivery time.

Important! Some goods are subject to a non-standard delivery deadline, you can see the exact delivery time of the product on the product page.

In major cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Alytus, Marijampolė, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena and their districts) goods are delivered on weekdays from 8 am to 22 pm, elsewhere in Lithuania from 8 am to 18 pm.

Important! Goods can only be delivered on weekdays and only until 16 p.m., regardless of city or location, provided that:

  • the ordered product or goods are of large dimensions;
  • the ordered item or goods are packed on a pallet, although it weighs up to 30 kg;
  • the total weight of the order is more than 30 kg.

After ordering more than one item, they can be delivered at different times, as they will be transported from different warehouses. For this, there is no additional transportation fee.


The cost of delivery of goods depends on the total weight of the goods, is calculated automatically and is visible in the basket of goods at the time of ordering.

We send the goods only after receiving your confirmation of payment from the bank. Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays begin to be executed on the next business day.

Parcels weighing up to 30 kg are unloaded by the courier and brought to the common room. For heavier parcels, the courier does not provide a carry-on service.

When accepting a parcel from a courier, be sure to check if the parcel is damaged. In case of violations, tell the courier who brought the goods about this and, together with the courier, check the contents of the parcel and fill out an act.

Check the goods inside the packages and, if they are damaged, capture the damage in the photos.

If the package is intact, there is no need to check the goods in the presence of a courier. If you accept the parcel and sign the documents, the parcel is considered to have been delivered in order.

During the festive period, delays in shipments are possible. We are currently trying to ensure delivery within 1-3 working days.

After choosing the goods to pick up at one of the Hidrobalt stores, the order will be prepared within the deadline specified next to the selected item. We will notify you about this by e-mail, phone or SMS. We will wait for you to arrive within 3 days, later the order will be canceled and the ordered goods will return back to the warehouse.

Important! Come to pick up your order only after receiving a notification about the prepared order of yours.

When picking up your order, carry the order number and id document with you. If your goods are picked up by another person, indicate him as the recipient when placing the order. And if the buyer is a legal entity, have a power of attorney.
