DIN 32676 Tri-Clamp couplings

Triclamp connectors are quick connections that are used in the working environment of a high level of hygiene: food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical industries. Triclamp connectors are manufactured according to DIN 32676, INCH, IMPERIAL and ISO 1127 standards. Triclamp connectors are easily recognizable by their flange design. The transition from the side of the flange to the side of the hose is made in the form of a conical profile.The flange side is used to connect to another flange of the same dimension and standard.

Triclamp sealant (profiled or unprofiled) is attached to one of the flanges. Then the second Triclamp is connected to the flange, in which the seal is located. The clamp (lintel) is put on the flanges and closed.The coupling device can be easily connected, disconnected and reused. Triclamp connectors are made of stainless steel AISI316.
