120x131 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

The 120x131 EOLO PU FOOD hose is made of polyether-based polyurethane and reinforced with an impact-resistant PVC helix. The inner surface is transparent, yellowish and smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. Thanks to the properties of polyurethane, the hose is 5 times more abrasion-resistant than a conventional PVC hose. It is also resistant to weathering and many chemicals.

The hose is used for pneumatic conveying of dry bulk and abrasive food products. It is food-grade and, according to the supplied product description, its polyurethane complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol. A version with antistatic wire is also available as a separate option. The manufacturer is IPL (Italy).
