100x112 food suction hose to abrazive EOLO PU FOOD

The 102x112 EOLO PU FOOD hose has a smooth, transparent, slightly yellowish inner surface made of ether-based polyurethane, while the outer surface is corrugated. The hose is reinforced with an impact-resistant PVC helix. The polyurethane provides up to five times greater abrasion resistance than conventional PVC, making it suitable for intensive pneumatic conveying of dry bulk and abrasive materials.

The hose is resistant to weather conditions and many chemicals. EOLO PU FOOD is available with an antistatic wire, and this version is equipped with it, helping to dissipate static electricity generated during conveying. The hose is food-grade, and its polyurethane complies with European Directive 2002/72/CE, Classes A, B, C and D, including dairy products and liquids containing up to 50% alcohol.
