127 suction hose VULCANO 15 EST

The 127 VULCANO 15 EST hose is made of transparent polyester-based polyurethane and reinforced with a TPU-coated, copper-coloured steel helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. The minimum wall thickness between the helix turns is 1.5 mm. The smooth bore ensures good material flow, while greater abrasion resistance than conventional rubber or PVC hoses and a long service life are important when conveying abrasive materials.

The hose is used for granule and shavings extraction, granule conveying systems and applications in the plastics industry. It is also suitable for industrial vacuum cleaners and for conveying gravel, stones and aggregates. It offers good resistance to mineral oils and UV radiation, along with excellent resistance to ozone and weathering. In addition to its normal operating temperature range, the hose permits short-term use at temperatures up to +125 °C.
