Description
Description
The 203 VULCANO 15 EST hose is made of transparent ester-based polyurethane and reinforced with a TPU-coated copper-coloured steel helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. The smooth inner surface ensures good material flow, while the minimum wall thickness between helix turns is 1.5 mm.
The hose offers greater abrasion resistance than conventional rubber or PVC hoses and is designed for a long service life. It provides good resistance to mineral oils and UV radiation, as well as excellent resistance to ozone and weather conditions. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C, with short-term exposure up to +125°C.
