127 suction hose VULCANO PU H 09

The 127 VULCANO PU H 09 hose is made of transparent polyester-based polyurethane and reinforced with a polyurethane-coated steel helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. The wall thickness between the helix turns is 0.9 mm. The smooth bore ensures optimum flow characteristics when transporting materials in pneumatic conveying systems.

The hose is used for pneumatic conveying in the woodworking, ceramics and chemical industries, as well as other manufacturing sectors. It is resistant to weathering, many chemicals and oils, and is suitable for particularly demanding operating conditions. When the steel helix is earthed, the electrical resistance is R < 10² Ω/m. An antistatic version can also be manufactured. The manufacturer is IPL (Italy).
