Inner hose: smooth, ester based polyurethane (PU).

Cover hose: corrugated, ester based polyurethane (PU).

Reinforcement: PU coated high adhesion steel wire.

Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C.

Applications: hose for suction of granulates, abrasive powders and sawdust. For plastic woodworking and ceramic industries, dedusting and suction plants.

Advantages: strong but very flexible even at low temperatures, is suitable to heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required. Resistant to mineral oils, chemicals, atmospherically agents and ozone. Antistatic according to TRB S 2153 by grounding the spiral.
