Description
The 025x037 ALIKLER G2 suction hose is designed for the suction and transfer of wine, beer, milk, juice, drinking water, edible oils, fats and liquids containing up to 96% alcohol. Its highly flexible construction makes handling easier in food and beverage processing systems.
The inner tube is made of smooth white high-quality food-grade NBR rubber resistant to fats. The blue NBR/PVC outer cover, protected by impregnated fabric, is resistant to fats, abrasion and environmental exposure.
A steel helix and textile reinforcement strengthen the hose and enable operation at working pressures up to 10 bar and vacuum levels up to 90%. Short-term sterilisation with cleaning agents is permitted at temperatures up to +130°C. The hose is resistant to 3% sodium hydroxide and 3% nitric acid solutions.
