Description
100×116 food suction hose ALIKLER G2 is a smooth, extra-flexible, multi-layer, high-quality food hose suitable for both delivery and suction. It is designed for suction and transfer of wine, beer, milk, juices, drinking water, edible oil, fats and liquids containing up to 96% alcohol.
The inner layer is made of white, smooth, high-quality food-grade NBR rubber resistant to fats, which does not allow bacteria to multiply. The blue NBR/PVC outer layer is impregnated with blue fabric and resists fats, weathering and abrasion. The construction is reinforced with a steel helix and a textile layer.
The hose is resistant to temperature fluctuations. Short-term sterilisation (a few minutes) with cleaning agents at +130°C is possible. The hose is resistant to 3% caustic soda and 3% nitric acid.
