Description
Description
032x048 pressure hose SABLEX is used in sandblasting equipment for cleaning metal, stone and concrete surfaces from rust, paint and other deposits. The hose is designed for transferring sand, shot and other abrasive materials in industrial cleaning systems.
The inner layer is made of abrasion-resistant NR rubber, while the outer SBR rubber cover provides resistance to weather conditions and mechanical wear. Synthetic textile reinforcement ensures flexibility and structural stability during operation.
The hose is flexible and lightweight, antistatic, and its electrically conductive inner layer (R< 2.10’ Ω/m) helps reduce static charge build-up during operation. Abrasion resistance according to DIN 53516 (<70 mm³) ensures longer service life when working with abrasive materials.
