019x034 sandblast hose SABLEX

019x034 pressure hose SABLEX is used in sandblasting systems for cleaning metal, concrete and stone surfaces from rust, paint and other deposits. The hose is designed for conveying abrasive materials such as sand or steel shot under intensive working conditions.

The inner layer is made of abrasion-resistant NR rubber, while the outer SBR rubber cover provides resistance to weather conditions and mechanical wear. Synthetic textile reinforcement ensures flexibility and structural stability during operation.

The hose is lightweight and flexible, making it convenient for use in various sandblasting systems. The antistatic construction and electrically conductive inner layer (R< 2.10’ Ω/m) help reduce static charge build-up during operation. High abrasion resistance according to DIN 53516 (<70 mm³) ensures long service life even in demanding working environments.
