063x077 suction hose UHMWPE 509OE is designed for the suction and transfer of acids, alkalis and a wide range of chemical liquids. It is commonly used in the chemical, food and beverage industries where high chemical resistance and reliable performance are essential.

 

The hose features an inner tube made of UHMWPE polyethylene, providing excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. Textile reinforcement combined with a steel spiral ensures structural strength and reliable operation in both transfer and vacuum applications. The EPDM outer cover offers protection against abrasion and weathering.

 

UHMWPE 509OE is resistant to up to 98% of chemicals, making it one of the most versatile solutions for demanding chemical transfer operations. The hose complies with FDA and EU 10/2011 A+B+C+D2 requirements, allowing its use in food processing applications as well.
