Description

102x118 suction hose UHMWPE 509OE is designed for the suction and transfer of acids, alkalis and other chemical products. It is widely used in the chemical, food and beverage industries where high chemical resistance and reliable performance are required.

The inner tube is made of blue UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), providing excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. Reinforced with textile layers and a steel spiral, the hose offers flexibility, vacuum resistance and mechanical durability. The EPDM outer cover protects against abrasion and weather exposure.

UHMWPE 509OE is resistant to approximately 98% of commonly used chemicals. Compliance with FDA and EU 10/2011 requirements makes it suitable for both chemical and food processing applications.
