Description

038x051 suction hose PHARMASTEEL PRESS is designed for suction and transfer of pharmaceutical liquids and can also be used for food liquids, fatty products, wine and other alcoholic beverages up to 50% alcohol concentration. Its hygienic design makes it suitable for pharmaceutical, food and biotechnology applications.

 

The hose is made of transparent hygienic TPE and reinforced with a stainless steel spiral and textile reinforcement, ensuring reliable performance in both pressure and vacuum applications. It can be steam sterilized in an autoclave for 30 minutes at 121°C and 1 bar.

 

PHARMASTEEL PRESS offers resistance to mineral oils, most chemicals, hydrolysis, microbes, weathering and ageing. The hose complies with EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements, making it suitable for demanding hygienic processes.
