Description

016x022 suction hose PHARMASTEEL is used for suction and transfer of pharmaceutical liquids and is also suitable for food liquids, fatty products, wine and other alcoholic beverages up to 50 % alcohol concentration. Its transparent and smooth construction allows visual flow monitoring and supports high hygiene requirements.

The inner and outer layers are made of hygienic TPE rubber, while the embedded stainless steel spiral provides stability during suction and helps the hose retain its shape under vacuum. The hose can be steam sterilized in an autoclave for 30 min. at 121°C and 1 bar.

PHARMASTEEL hose is resistant to mineral oils, most chemicals, hydrolysis, microbes, weathering and ageing. It complies with EU Regulation 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements.
