120 suction hose VULCANO PU M FR

The 120 VULCANO PU H 09 hose is made of transparent polyester-based polyurethane and reinforced with a polyurethane-coated steel helix. The inner surface is smooth, while the outer surface is corrugated. The wall thickness between the helix turns is 0.9 mm. The smooth bore ensures optimum flow characteristics when transporting materials in pneumatic conveying systems.

The hose is used in the woodworking, ceramics and chemical industries, as well as other manufacturing sectors, and is suitable for particularly demanding operating conditions. It is resistant to weathering, many chemicals and oils. When the steel helix is earthed, the electrical resistance is R < 10² Ω/m. An antistatic version can also be manufactured as a separate option from the conductivity achieved by earthing the helix. The manufacturer is IPL (Italy).
