Description
Description
The 019x031 405LE suction hose is designed for the suction and transfer of food liquids and beverages, including fluids containing up to 75% alcohol. It is suitable for food and beverage processing systems requiring flexibility, hygiene and vacuum resistance.
The inner tube is made of smooth white NBR rubber. The blue PVC/NBR rubber compound outer cover is resistant to abrasion and weather conditions. High-density textile reinforcement and a steel helix strengthen the construction and enable operation at 100% vacuum.
The hose can be sterilised with steam at pressures up to 2.5 bar or with a 5% aqueous sodium carbonate solution. Its standard operating temperature range is from -30°C to +100°C, and it can withstand temperatures up to +130°C for short periods of up to 30 minutes.
