Inner hose: white synthetic rubber specially compounded to satisfy the highest food industry standards.
Cover hose: blue synthetic rubber ideal in applications where ozone, weathering & abrasion resistance are required.
Reinforcement: high tensile textile cords with embedded steel helix wire
Temperature range: -30°C to +110°C. Fat food up to 120°C
Applications: ultra clean contamination free tube suitable for all types of liquid food: aqueous, acidic, alcohol or alcoholic beverages and fats. Sterilize with +130°C steam for 30 minutes or with 5% soda solution
Advantage: excellent flexibility = 2 X ID. Constant operating temperature range: liquid food up to110 °C, fat food up to 120 °C.
