Concreting & plastering hoses

Hoses for concreting and plastering are designed to transport concrete, plaster, plaster and other building mixtures during construction work. Hoses for concrete pumps are pressurized and must withstand high pressure (working pressure 80 bar.) to ensure the quality of the concrete pumps. Hoses for concrete pumps are most often supplied with already clamped nozzles, they can be of various finite lengths and with 2 or 1 nozzle at the ends of the hose.

Hoses for plaster mixtures are also pressurized, but lower working pressure is required here: 10-40 bar.

Hoses for concreting and plastering are made of NR rubber or NR/SBR rubber mixtures. These materials provide excellent wear resistance.
