019x031 food suction hose PURALIFE

019x031 suction hose PURALIFE is designed for transfer of liquids and non-abrasive powders in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries. The hose is intended for systems requiring extremely high hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.

The inner layer is made of smooth antistatic PFA, providing excellent chemical resistance and easy cleaning. The transparent silicone outer cover is non-toxic and resistant to environmental exposure. High-density textile reinforcement and a stainless steel spiral provide flexibility and stability under pressure and vacuum conditions.

The hose is manufactured in an ISO 14644-1 Class 8 cleanroom. No environmentally or medically hazardous substances, phthalates, adipates, nitrosamines or animal-derived components are used during production. Complies with USP Class VI, FDA, BfR, European Pharmacopoeia and ISO 10993 requirements.
