Description

010x016 pressure hose PHARMAPRESS is used for pharmaceutical liquid transfer and is also suitable for food liquids, fatty products, wine and other alcoholic beverages up to 50 % alcohol concentration. Its transparent and smooth construction allows visual flow monitoring and supports high hygiene requirements.

The inner and outer layers are made of hygienic TPE rubber, while polyester yarn reinforcement provides stability under pressure. The hose can be steam sterilized in an autoclave: 30 min. at 121°C and 1 bar or 5–7 min. at 134°C and 2.1 bar.

PHARMAPRESS hose is resistant to mineral oils, most chemicals, hydrolysis, microbes, weathering and ageing. It complies with EU Regulation 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements.
