They ensure the quality of compressed air: they filter the air from dust, extraneous grease and water accumulation. In this way, the service life of the tools is extended, efficiency is guaranteed. The air preparation unit consists of an air filter, a pressure regulator and a lubricating unit. To maintain the quality of compressed air, air purification is equipped with various filters and dryers. Filters are designed to remove particles and moisture from compressed air, the dryer supports deeper drying of compressed air.Depending on the fineness of the filter, particulate matter exceeding a certain size is trapped. The air preparation unit is equipped with a valve – a pressure regulator. With this valve, the working pressure is regulated simply by turning the knob. With the help of a pressure gauge, the pressure can be monitored and, if necessary, adjusted.
