Steam hoses

Steam hoses are designed to transport steam. They are widely used in various industries, such as energy, chemistry, food industry, textile production, etc. Steam hoses are used to supply steam to various industrial facilities: boilers, dryers, sterilizers, etc. Steam hoses are made of heat-resistant rubber (usually from EPDM rubber), stainless steel, PTFE. For safety reasons, the evaporative hoses have a high tearing factor of 10:1 (for example, if the working pressure of the hose is 10 bar., then the rupture pressure is 100 bar.), when in most pressure hoses this coefficient is 3:1. When choosing steam hoses, you need to take into account the temperature of the transported steam, operating pressure and other factors.

Steam hoses are widely used in the energy industry, for the production of electricity and heat in boilers, in the food industry - in food production processes, for example: food concern, drying, sterilization and elsewhere. Steam hoses are used in textile production processes, in the medical industry – for the operation of sterilizers and disinfection equipment, in the automotive industry – in car production processes, e.g. varnishing, drying and other stages of production, where heat supply is required.

Steam hoses are important and inextricably linked with many industrial processes that require an efficient and reliable supply of steam. These hoses help to optimize production processes, reduce energy costs, improve production efficiency and ensure high product quality.
