019x031 chemical hose CHEMIKLER UPE

019x031 suction hose CHEMIKLER UPE is designed for suction and transfer of aggressive chemical media in industrial systems. The hose is suitable for strong acids, alkalis, solvents, petroleum products and many other chemicals.

The inner layer is made of smooth chemically resistant UPE (UHMWPE) polyethylene, ensuring safe media transfer and easy cleaning. The EPDM outer cover is resistant to chemicals, abrasion and weather conditions. Textile reinforcement and a steel spiral provide strength, flexibility and stability under vacuum conditions.

The hose offers high mechanical resistance, excellent flexibility and antistatic properties. Its smooth inner surface allows efficient cleaning up to +140°C for up to 30 minutes.

Complies with EN 12115 and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 standards.
