Mortar couplings
Strong joints for plastering (mortar joints), made as standard of galvanized cast iron and steel. The maximum working pressure is 50 bar. The design of the mortar joints is very similar to the CAMLOCK connectors. The mortar joint has two handles (optionally with one handle). The adapter has a rounded locking groove. The mortar joints are available in various sizes, albeit in two systems "22 mm" and "23.5 mm", which indicate the distance between the middle of the groove and the surface of the adapter.The 22 and 23.5 systems are used by different manufacturers of mortar machines. The "22 mm" and "23,5 mm" systems cannot be replaced by each other. A flat NBR rubber seal is used in the mortar joint.
Mortar joints are widely used in mortar mixers and pumps, concrete transportation systems, gypsum spraying machines, plastering machines and pumps, trailers of Mixokret pumps, etc.
